Common Hawker

I recorded my 5th dragonfly species today, a Common Hawker. The scrape is proving to be an excellent place to see dragonflies and damselflies. A female Brown Hawker was also present and egg laying in the scrape. Butterflies were less common today but still saw Small White, Green-veined White, Gatekeeper, Peacock, Speckled Wood and Meadow Brown.
