Egg Laying

Yesterday morning I had a good half hour by the scrape. The Emperor Dragonfly was around again, but this time there was also a female laying eggs in the scrape. Common Darters were also egg laying, as was a female Broad-bodied Chaser. Azure Damselflies were also mating. All in all for such a small pond there is an awful lot to see. Away from the scape there were several Brown Hawker Dragonflies. I've never managed to photograph one of these but I'm now pretty certain that they are Brown Hawkers.
